How Did It All Start?

Family.

My niece is lactose intolerant and is unable to join in with the rest of the kids of the world when it comes to food intake.

As a plant-based advocate, I decided to try and fulfill a need she had.

Formulating a vegan protein shake was a must for her and that was the easy part.

The hard part was making it taste so good even an eight year old couldn’t resist.
